LegalStream is one of a small number of organisations licensed to provide online services on behalf of:
  • NSW Land Titles Office – search by title, plan, dealings, owner, address, as well as CAC Inquiries and land valuations
  • NSW Office of State Revenue (OSR) for Electronic Duties Returns (EDR) and Certificates
  • Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), and
  • Sydney Water Board.

 

To set up an Online Services Account

To access these online services, you must have a LegalStream client account.
To access the OSR–EDR online service, you must be registered with both LegalStream and OSR. You can find out more about OSR-EDR On-Line here.
